Roundtrip Canada

A one-month round trip from Halifax to Toronto and back again.

During the summer of 2016, my family and I visited Canada (5 persons in total). We started our trip in Halifax and went all the way to Toronto and back. We drove almost 7000 kilometers during this trip.

Other facts about this trip:

  • Who and how: Family of 5 in a Dodge Grand Caravan
  • Where and what: Highlights and also lesser-known destinations
  • Stayed at: Airbnb and normal B&Bs
  • Why: 2 Family visits (Toronto and Saint-Louis de Kent)
  • Rainy days: +- 5
  • Start: 12/07/2016
  • End: 09/08/2016

Too short to see everything

A month looks and sounds like a very long time, but I can tell you: it’s not. The second you get used to a city or a place, you have to start moving again. Otherwise, it would have been impossible to see all of the highlights and to go where we went. Even though we were short on time, this trip was still amazing.
